The full catalogue for the new Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle expansion pack has been revealed. The expansion is set to be released on 5 June 2020 and will the ninth expansion of the popular simulation franchise.
The Sims 4 base game will also get a huge update prior to the release of the Eco Lifestyle expansion with updates to build mode allowing for the free placing of windows and doors as well as an update to the Sim inventory system and the bills and utilities system.
The Sims 4 June patch will also see the return of some popular Sims NPCs, including firefighters and repomen.
While an elite few players, part of the EA Game Changers programme, were given early access to both the new Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle expansion as well as the coming patch, the catalogue was only released publicly recently.
The expansion will add an intricate gameplay element to all neighbourhoods, with the eco footprint UI at the core of it all. Every decision Sims make will impact the footprint. Polluted neighbourhoods will have a negative impact on Sims living there – with sickness, death by flies and acid rain among some of the ill effects Sims will experience.
